Code of Conduct

At Sugary, our reputation is our most valuable asset. We earn it every day through the choices we make for our customers, our partner brands, and our team.

Last updated: 28 July 2026

Who this applies to

This Code applies to everyone who represents Sugary — our team, contractors and freelancers worldwide, and every brand we bring onto the marketplace. It sets out what we expect, and how we act when a situation isn't covered by a specific rule.

What we expect

We hold ourselves to principles consistent with widely recognized standards for human rights, fair labor, environmental responsibility and anti-corruption:

  • We deal honestly with customers, partners and each other.
  • We don't tolerate forced or child labor, or unsafe working conditions, anywhere in our supply chain.
  • We minimize our environmental footprint wherever we reasonably can.
  • We don't offer, give, request or accept bribes — see our Anti-Bribery Policy for what that means in practice.
This page previously described Sugary as a formal signatory to the UN Global Compact. We couldn't verify that status from anything else in our records, so we've removed the claim pending confirmation — the principles above stand on their own regardless.

Partner & brand vetting

Every brand and product on the Sugary marketplace is vetted by our team before it goes live — no grey imports, no unverified sellers, no surprises for the person unwrapping the gift.

Reporting a concern

If you believe someone connected to Sugary has fallen short of this Code, tell us. We take every report seriously.
